If your iQtouch pellet boiler should not work as usual and needs help, then your system reports to us and to you immediately by email. We then connect remotely with your pellet boiler and immediately see what the problem is. If, for example, the boiler door has not been closed properly or the ash pan is full, we will inform you, so that you can fix the problem with our help.

Our service promise to our customers:  SOLARvent is available 365 days for you, to help you with questions and problems Each SOLARvent iQtouch pellet biomass boiler thinks independently and informs you and our remote maintenance Customer Service team of any problem with your boiler. Our technicians are available to work on your pellet heating system 365 days per year. They can help you remotely, free of charge.   This customer service is completely free for our iQtouch customers – for 5 years. Then you have, if you wish to continue to access the option, to pay a low monthly fee for our unique Customer Service. Our remote maintenance customers can contact our customer service as follows: the best and fastest method is through our online Customer Service system: You will be surprised how quickly and competently  your request is processed. by email to: kundendienst (@) solarvent.de by telephone: +49 53 82 / 70 42 55 01 Our direct service hours are from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 hrs. Outside of these hours please leave a message with your call back number on our answering machine, send us an email or use our support ticket system. We will contact you promptly up until about 22:00 hrs.
